International Lighthouse & Lightship Heritage Weekend

Come aboard historic lightvessel LV21 for this annual event, celebrating the maritime heritage of lighthouses and lightvessels and connecting amateur radio operators across the globe. Explore the decks, find out more about the history of lighthouses and lightships, and learn the morse code alphabet while listening to our resident radio operator Colin transmit dots and dashes live in the radio room.

Please note: To keep our crew and visitors safe, we continue to limit the number of visitors aboard LV21 and at busy times may have to ask you to wait before entering the ship. Facemasks must be worn in all indoor spaces (unless exempt) and visitors must follow the marked one-way system to navigate the decks. Opening times may vary depending on tidal conditions.
