DIRECTIONS TO LV21 FOR TICKETED/PRE-BOOKED EVENTS

The Historic Dockyard

Please follow the instructions below when arriving at the dockyard.
From Chatham Town Centre
- Follow signs for Gillingham &/or brown Historic Dockyard / anchor signs
- Continue straight along Dock Road following the brown anchor signs
- Turn left at the roundabout signed The Historic Dockyard/Chatham Dockside
- At next roundabout turn left (towards The Historic Dockyard, the Dockside Shopping Centre is to your right)
- Take 1st left (at mini roundabout)
- Enter The Historic Dockyard via the Security Gate.
- If ANPR does not recognise your number plate you will be stopped by Security.
- Let them know you are attending an event at LV21 and they will direct you to the Helipad to park.
From M25 & A2
- Turn off at M2 junc 1 onto A289
- Head towards the Medway Tunnel ie stay on A289
- Take 1st slip road out of Medway Tunnel (following brown anchor signs)
- At the roundabout turn right towards Chatham (following brown anchor signs)
- At next roundabout turn right (towards The Historic Dockyard & the Dockside Shopping Centre)
- At next roundabout turn left (towards The Historic Dockyard, the Dockside Shopping Centre is to your right)
- Take 1st left (at mini roundabout)
- Enter The Historic Dockyard via the Security Gate.
