FLYING HIGH TOGETHER

Celebrating migration with Northfleet Nursery School.

Come aboard LV21 and the adjacent St Andrew’s Arts Centre to explore the wonderful installations showcasing artworks created by three and four year olds who attend Northfleet Nursery School. The children worked with artist Mona Whitton and the nursery teachers to create artworks reflecting the themes of migration and unity, our planet and nature.

Get immersed in birdsong and the flocks of migrating birds created by the children aboard LV21 and make your own flying bird to take home at St Andrew’s Arts Centre while exploring series of artworks created by the different classes.

This event is part of LV21’s Ship & Shore programme and the Windrush Day events aboard Light Vessel 21.
